Please send me the available profiles for the below mentioned position Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Richmond, VA Duration: 24 Months *Job Description: * The BSA will work to define solutions using the Agile methodology (writing stories and completing tasks for requirements, designs, services, recommendations) for Global Finance/Accounting business/system problems and owns the integrity of the solution through customer acceptance and final disposition of solution. Responsible for working with others on the Agile team to support development, maintenance, management, and delivery of technical information and/or documentation to the appropriate audiences in the Capital One standard formats via print and online mediums. Includes interface with management, users, and information technology professionals to create high-level conceptual solutions to business problems. • Requirements definition and traceability (5+ years) • Financial Services experience (3+ years) • BSA experience with Accounting/Financial Reporting Systems (5+ years) • Served as “lead” BSA on multiple project lifecycles (3+ years) • Accounting background a plus • Significant experience (2+ yrs) as BSA within Capital One • Lean/Agile experience (3+ yrs) preferred • Demonstrated experience leading requirements, data and systems analysis • Ability to effectively communicate across multiple levels (Executive Sponsors to team members) • Ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical individuals Thanks & Regards *Kumar* Pyramid Consulting, Inc.
