They have been developing cloud products since 2008 and are constantly adding features to them. These are not simple web based applications, they are very complex, multi-tier apps. "Project Shield" which is developing an application portal to bring the 3 cloud platforms together. It's a highly visible project. *They are looking for very top notch talent who have the following skills:* Microsoft (C#) background but will consider Java background if the candidate is a JavaScript rockstar. Focus is on JavaScript Angular.JS and Node.JS (BIGGEST Preference) but if they do not have this then they MUST have one of the following: Knockout/Backbone (JS) - *Whichever JS type they have, it MUST be evident on the resume as to what they did with it, how it was used, and where. If ONLY mentioned in the Summary, Technical Skills, or Environment Section, then please have the resume revised to show it.* JQuery, Ajax, C# (or Java if very strong in JavaScript and need to be open to coding in C#) Strong back-end...the more the better: SQL Server, MySQL (they use both of those), Oracle, NoSQL is a plus 4+ years of experience in multi-tiered web application development Need to be able to build highly available, scalable systems *Qualifications:* 6+ years of professional experience programming in C# (or Java if very strong in JavaScript) Willingness to develop in C# required if JavaScript rockstar with a Java developer background 4+ years of professional experience with an RDBMS such as MS SQL Server, Oracle or MySQL. 4+ years of professional experience building web applications using JavaScript, JQuery and Ajax. 1-2 years of professional experience with a JavaScript framework such as AngularJS, KnockoutJS, Backbone.js and/or Node.js. *Preferred Qualifications:* Experience building RESTful Web Services is highly desirable. Any experience with a NoSQL database such as MongoDB or Cassandra is a plus. Proficient with user interface (UI) concepts and creation preferred. Ability to work independently and with a diverse team challenged with complex tasks. Bachelor's degree desired but all qualified candidates will be considered. *Responsibilities:* As a Sr. Developer, you will be part of a multi-discipline team where meaningful collaboration is highly valued.
