BA with NERC CIP experience - Preferred 2. BA with Infrastructure Project experience in a Utility/Energy Company 3. BA with Infrastructure Project experience Ultimately, this is going to be a key position to their project so communication verbal and written are extremely important. If they have worked directly with IT, have an infrastructure background and gathered requirements for a utility company for a Infrastructure project (and Knows about NERC and CIP), this is what they need. Experience with requirements elicitation Experience gathering requirements Experience gathering requirements for networking infrastructure – Cisco and multivendor 3+ years of experience in similar or related job functions Cisco equipment Broad experience in requirements and analysis Participation in large, complex projects with aggressive schedules Understanding of systems development life cycle Ultimately, Requirements Analyst for the networking Infrastructure group. Understand Infrastructure requirements and current customer infrastructure.
