Title: Salesforce Developer

Location: Livonia, MI

Duration: 6+ month contract

Interview: Screening by Prime Vendor than Skype..If not local (This client
always prefer local candidates so I will really appreciate if we can try
for locals first who can interview In-Person)



*General Purpose:*

This individual will be responsible for the design, architecture,
development, implementation, integration, and ongoing support/maintenance
of Salesforce.com instances. This role will collaborate with project
managers and with stakeholders in internal business units to implement
solutions that meet the needs of the business. The CRM Solution Developer
will also have responsibility for documenting requirements and
specifications for custom components and interfaces, designing solutions in
accordance to best practices, and leading technical teams through the
build, test and deployment of the solution. Work with IT and business
technical teams to successfully design and manage solutions leveraging the
full power of the Force.com platform and integration with existing systems.



*Position Responsibilities:*

Maintain and enhance data integrity through effective design, maintenance
and security in the Salesforce.com application.

Assist in developing, enhancing and maintaining automated processes in and
applications integrated with the Salesforce.com application.

Review requirements and work with project managers to refine the technical
details of project specifications.

Develop and implement functional tests for security configurations and
automated processes.

Providing cross-functional training to internal stakeholders.

*Required Education/Experience:*



B.S. in computer science or equivalent

*Experience with CTI/telephony systems and SFDC.  Plus would be experience
with Cisco - Unitified Contact Center Enterprise (UCCE)*

*7+ years of experience implementing enterprise class systems*

*5+ years of experience working with the Salesforce.com product. *

*3-4 or more years of Salesforce Administrative and Development experience*

*Work experience should include creating custom user interfaces with
VisualForce, developing custom business logic in APEX, writing test
classes,*

*SFDC 401 Certification*

*Apex,Triggers, Visualforce, SQL experience preferred*

*Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Assignment Rules*

*HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AJAX experience preferred instances using SOAP,
XML, REST, MSMQ, workflow, XML, HTML and JavaScript*

*Experience integrating business processes across disparate systems and
multiple Salesforce instances using SOAP, XML, REST, MSMQ, workflow, XML,
HTML and JavaScript*

Solid understanding of SaaS and CRM development processes and methodologies
Strong business requirements analysis and documentation experience
(previous experience as a BA a plus)

Demonstrable experience with Solution Design

Ability to identify solutions that suit business needs that also fit
environment as well as project requirements.





*Work Environment:*

Works in a temperature controlled environment.
