The Business Analyst will act as a liaison between the Application Developers and the business community to define business and system requirements. They will perform this by conducting user interviews, preparing current and proposed system flow diagrams and preparing the functional specifications. The business analyst will assist the systems analyst in the development of technical specifications, system test plans, cases and scenarios. They will conduct system testing and work with the development team and the end user through resolution. The business analyst will also assist the project management team in planning tasks and deliverables according to business priorities.
