The right candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience developing .NET applications utilizing *Silverlight.* Experience with Agile practices and principles, such as Test Driven Development, Paired Programming and Scrum are beneficial, but not required. Familiarity with Team Foundation Server or other source control systems is a plus. Working knowledge of ASP.NET / Windows Forms development is a plus.
