*Position Description:*



To ensure the delivery of high quality software products to the College
Board internal customers, to include creating, maintaining and executing
test plans to demonstrate the effectiveness of the College Board Business
Systems



Required Skills:

•             *Familiarity with testing CRM products. Preference with
Salesforce.*

*•             Develops test strategies, plans, cases, and scripts. *

•             Develops and maintains test data.

•             Performs system testing by executing test plans.

•             Reports, documents, and tracks resolutions for software
“bugs” identified in the testing process.

•             Assists in the confirmation of issues reported from outside
sources, and assists system development staff in understanding issues and
desired resolution.

•             Assists in the transfer of fully tested software into
operational versions, including the preparation and distribution of
software and appropriate collateral materials to users.

•             Assists in the implementation of software tools and
technologies, and testing techniques and procedures, which facilitate the
SQA process.

•             Performs a variety of technical tasks that include:
conducting routine tasks in conformance with set procedures within the
department; interacting with users or other departments; evaluating systems
or procedures and recommending action or changes; testing applications,
systems and procedures; providing guidance to others in carrying out
duties, while performing technically advanced responsibilities;
establishing and documenting procedures for carrying out technical duties,
in compliance with best practices or new technology; and being accountable
for compliance with regulatory requirements for technical function.
