Requirements:
* Advanced degree or equivalent experience
* Over 4 years of programming and analysis using appropriate specific
programming
languages and tools
* Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Strong object-oriented programming knowledge in these related fields: Java,
J2EE, XML
* Hands-on experience in software development
* Preferred development tool: Eclipse, My Eclipse, Rational
* Preferred database: Oracle, MySQL, PL/SQL, SQL
* Preferred WebServer: Websphere, Weblogic, Sun Java Application server, JBoss,
Tomcat
* Preferred Operating System: Windows, Linux
* Self-initiative to learn and explore
* Experience in banking/financial services is a plus
