Skills and Duties: · Designing, developing, and executing test cases that exercise ETL DevelopmentStrong Oracle/SQL/Unix skills needed. · Write complex SQL queries, used for testing only, that validate the ETL process. · Ability to execute Unix shell scripts. · Ability to demonstrate knowledge of high level database concepts. · Analyze business requirements to help drive and develop test casesDevelop test cases in HP ALM QC. · Execute test cases and provide feedback to Project Management and Development. · Capture test results in HP ALM QC. Ensure that test cases are linked to QA tasks. · Ensure that bugs reported are linked to test cases or QA tasks. · Strong communication skills to raise risks and issues in a timely and appropriate fashion. · Computer Science or related degree preferred with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
