Project Description:

*Drive the Analytics and Reporting for the support channel. This is a
workforce for about 3000 agents to assist in fixing computers. This
resource will be revamping and reporting around that entire channel.*

*Day to Day – working closely with the business as a senior lead role to
drive business strategy around BI and design and implement how that
happens. This resource will own the whole BI work stream.*



Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for:

• Interface with business customers to gather requirements. Respond to high
priority requests from senior business leaders.

• Model data and metadata to support ad-hoc and pre-built reporting.

• Own the design, development, and maintenance of ongoing metrics, reports,
analyses, dashboards, etc. to drive key business decisions.

• Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data
integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation.

• Analyze and solve problems at their root, stepping back to understand the
broader context.

• Use data mining, model building, and other analytical techniques to
develop and maintain customer segmentation and predictive models to drive
the business.

• Continually improve ongoing reporting and analysis processes, automating
or simplifying self-service support for secondary datasets

• Provide technical troubleshooting for MicroStrategy platform with an
emphasis on root cause analysis including data issues and SQL validation.

• Write/maintain documentation describing changes/modifications to systems.

• Design and develop advanced ETL jobs and routines to process data from
multiple sources into a centralized warehouse

*• Manage the deployment and administration of the MicroStrategy Business
Intelligence platform in support of reporting functions*

• Perform database optimization activities to maximize database query
performance and system stability

• Define and implement data security as appropriate

• Apply Quality Assurance methods to ensure that information provided to
business users is accurate and actionable

• Contribute to periodic projects related to the maintenance of reporting
system components

• Manage project delivery and release migrations through lifecycle
development while ensuring highest quality design and delivery of projects
with required scope.
