Tricor Braun is looking for a SharePoint Administrator/Developer with
experience in SharePoint 2007 and SharePoint 2010 to assist the migration
of a corporate intranet from a Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007
(MOSS) installation to a new SharePoint 2013 farm. Any candidate will need
at least 3 years’ experience hands on administrator experience with
SharePoint and 5 years overall as an IT professional. The candidate must
be qualified in the following areas:
· *Migrating/upgrading SharePoint products from MOSS to SharePoint
2010 or later*
· Installation and configuration of SharePoint products
· Strong understanding SharePoint Search concepts and the and
experience configuring SharePoint Search in SharePoint 2010 or later
· Strong PowerShell scripting skills
· Experience configuring the User Profile Service in SharePoint
2010 or later
· Experience with installing, migrating, configuring SharePoint web
parts and features
· Mid-level familiarity with administering SQL Server, especially
in the areas of backup and recovery
· Mid-level networking skills
· Mid-level infrastructure skills
· Mid-level SQL query language skills
· Strong written and verbal communication skills and experience in
gathering and organizing user requirements
· Mid-level experience with ASP.NET and JavaScript
· Familiarity with STSADM commands
In addition to the above requirements, preference will be given to
candidates that also have the following:
· Experience in migrating or upgrading from MOSS 2007 to SharePoint
2013
· Experience configuring, administering, tuning SharePoint 2013
Search products
· Experience configuring the SharePoint 2013 Content Search web part
· Familiarity with the SharePoint publishing models
· Familiarity with Active Directory
· Experience with developing SharePoint web parts and features
· Experience with the SharePoint 2013 App Model
· Experience with SharePoint Designer and InfoPath
· Experience using Sharegate SharePoint Migration tools
