This is a timed test where they will write samples of code and be judged by the Team Lead on how well its written, structured, using OO concepts, syntax, logic, multiple account types, object oriented code (using objects), test classes, no user input, etc.. OO Java, Core Java (1.6 or 1.7 or better), Struts, Design Patterns. Person must be willing to take a 1 hour coding test. Ideally, they would like someone from Indianapolis Indiana area. Other choices that are close by are: Chicago, Columbus OH, Dayton Ohio, Toledo, OH, Cincinnati OH, Lexington and Louisville KY. If not from there, somewhere in the Midwest, Texas or Florida areas.
