Ability to achieve subject matter expertise quickly on new applications is needed. Requires proven track record in Java, J2EE, UI Development, Spring, Struts, Hibernate, AJAX, Java scripting, Weblogic, performance tuning Experience in multiple database platforms is preferred: SQL Server, Oracle.
