Ability to transform data into graphical representation. Knowledgeable of how to create those graphs. Has the skill to deploy those reports across users. Every user will have standardized views. Batch processing modes. Build a process on the back end. User to go in and create their own report, dashboards give it all at once. 3. Know how to deploy the screens, Symantec layer. Not just front end screen development, but the Symantec layer (back end) that goes along with it. 4. PLUS: Admin skills. Know how the functionalities of the tool.
