*Job- Program Manager* *Location- Minneapolis, MN* *Duration- 9+ Month* *Local Only..................* Responsibilities/Deliverables that the resource will be responsible for: • Develops enterprise strategy for projects in the BI space • Working with business to continually prioritize work queue (backlog) and align work appropriately • Reviews/approves program plans for conformance to program strategy and program plan and schedule. • Leads high-level sessions for program plan and schedule development. • Define project team roles and responsibilities • Remove roadblocks and issues as they arise • Executive stakeholder management • Communication planning and management • Escalates decisions to team and sponsors as necessary. • Responsible for financial roll up and management of project work. • Developing and maintaining the project schedule What would a normal day for this position look like?? A majority of the day will be driving multiple work streams and projects varying in size and scope. A typical waterfall/iterative SDLC model. This role will be very fast paced in an ambiguous environment and requires flexibility to work on multiple small projects or very large projects. Normal day will be managing both onshore and offshore teams. Skills Overview: What are the MUST have skills and technologies that you are looking for in a candidate?
