Job Title: Oracle Application DBA
Duration: 6 Months
Location: MN
5+ years as a certified Oracle DBA
3+ years experience with Oracle 11g and Oracle RAC
5+ years experience designing and implementing database schemas, system
conversions, PL/SQL and Explain Plans.
Minimum 2-4 years developing Solution Architect initiatives
Ability to set overall direction for a multiple, large, complex
database implementation
Ability to develop and manage key client relationships
Teamwork/Collaboration

Oral and Written Communication
Problem Solving
Ability to manage workload of self and team
Ability to resolve issues and manage project level risks (working
with key executives and leadership as appropriate)
Demonstrates comprehensive understanding and application of all

Possesses strong business and industry acumen, and uses this
knowledge to initiate and/or develop client relationships and contribute to
contract negotiations, in
conjunction with Senior Executive team
