*Please send resume to s...@cncconsulting.com <s...@cncconsulting.com> * Job Title: Business Analyst Location: Lansing, MI Duration: 12 Months Direct Client Position Procure a business analyst resource for the Accela automation implementation efforts. • Working with Accela for phase I product implementation • To capture process flows and solidify requirements • Work with the agency subject matter experts for capturing use cases/ process flows • Analyze business processes across divisions and suggest efficiencies • Capture requirements traceability from requirements to test cases • Prepare test scripts and also train agency staff to write test scripts • Perform User acceptance test coordination, work with the vendor as a liaison to resolve defects identified during UAT. • Review and approve vendor deliverables like to-be analysis document, configuration document etc.., • Be a liaison between business and vendor group Skills Required - Produce requirements gathering deliverables such as Process maps, Data flow diagram, Updated business requirements documents, Use Cases, Requirements tractability matrix - Familiarity with State Systems and State Unified Information Technology Environment (SUITE) methodology. - Review and approve vendor deliverables like to-be analysis document, configuration document, test plan, scripts and report specifications document etc.., - Produce test scenarios and test cases - Assist in data mapping along with the vendor - Verify data migrated from legacy systems - Assist in User Acceptance testing - Verify if the configured product meets the needs of the department - Work with the vendor and the state SME‘s to develop interfaces with State Software like CEPAS, State GIS etc.., Skills Preferred COTS implementation experience. Licensing and enforcement application experience. Experience Required 5+ years gathering requirements, developing USE and Test Cases.
