Job Title: Salesforce technical manager
Location: McLean, VA
Duration: 3 Years of Contract

Job Description:
Leads Salesforce.com Talent Technology projects: develops and implements
solutions from beginning to end, including troubleshooting, integrating
with downstream systems and problem
solving across a wide range of recruiting technology issues.
Works closely with internal groups interested in leveraging Salesforce.com.
Determines business requirements and develops demos as appropriate, and
serves as liaison with Salesforce.com
key contacts.
Participate in business as usual support for established user groups
Oversees the Talent enhancement list and ensure that enhancements are being
delivered
Interacts on a regular basis with a broad group of individuals at all
levels regularly exchanging complex information
Identifies issues, presents solutions, determines best course of action
through analysis/gathering input and solves problems.

Required Skills:
A Bachelors degree
Advanced Education/experience in HR processes and IT integration a plus
3-5 years Salesforce implementation experience; Service Cloud experience
preferred
Ability to manage an effort from the initial requirements phase through
deployment
Experience defining systems strategy, developing systems requirements,
designing and prototyping, testing, training, defining support procedures,
and implementing practical business solutions
under multiple deadlines.
In addition, successful Managers will have the following preferred
background:
Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills
(MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills with the ability to
exercise mature judgment
Strong organization and project management skills
Strong management and leadership effectiveness, service excellence,
relationship building
Ability to work in diverse teams
