Role SAP BASIS Administrator
Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills 1) Experience in SAP BASIS Administration. 2) Knowldge of SAP application architecture with experience in configuration, patching, upgrades and SAP installation,analyze, support services for SAP application including manage scheduling jobs, batches, fixing the failures, making application/system configuration changes etc, work closely with the business team of SAP for the above mentioned duties. 3) System health check, Response time (ST03n), memory utilization, CPU utilization, space utilization, and dialog process utilization, background process utilization, reports, transactions and users. Monitoring updates, enqueues. 3) Troubleshooting on SAP system startup issues, Remote client copy, Client Export-Import. 4) System upgrade, Patch administration, Support Pack upgrade, Kernel upgrade, STPI/ST-API upgrade, Apply license in both ABAP and Java stack. 5) TMS configuration and importing the transport request using STMS and Troubleshooting of Transport issues. 6) Creating OSS messages and open SAP system from SAP service marketplace. 7) EWA report configuration and CCMS alert configuration. 8) Language Import using SMLT and Applying SAP Notes. 9) Maintaining Profile parameters and Change the SAP parameter as per the request. 10) SAP spool configuration through SPAD. 11) Analyzing short dumps and fixing the failures accordingly. 12) Firm understanding of IT infrastructure concepts such as servers, operating systems, databases, storage and backup. 13) Experience with the Oracle/SQL database platform. 14) Strong interpersonal, influence and communication skills . 15) Strong teamwork & collaboration skills.
