SCCM standard operational maintenance * *Experience / Skills Needed:* *5+ years' experience working with and developing/supporting package deployments using Microsoft SMS/SCCM technologies. * *General* *1. Must have good troubleshooting skills.* *2. Must have good end user support skills.* *3. Must be familiar with the use of ticketing systems.* *4. Must be a self-motivated person who can take ownership of problems.* *SCCM Support* *1. Must have a working knowledge of SCCM and managing collections.* *2. Must have a working knowledge of Active Directory as it relates to SCCM. * *3. Must have a working knowledge packaging technologies (flexera admin studio, Secunia).* *4. Must have a working knowledge VBScript and or PowerShell.* *5.
