Must possess a minimum of 10 years of Basis/Netweaver Administration Previous pharmaceutical experience is also required including a basic understanding of GXP as well as experience in performing IOQs using Good Documentation practices. Highly analytical and good troubleshooting skills Excellent analytical and problem solving skills Good interpersonal and Excellent communication skills Good time management and ability to work in a fast paced environment Requires 8 to 10 years relevant experience. Other duties include: Implementing, administering and supporting SAP Netweaver J2EE/ABAP stacks running on an AIX/Oracle platform. o SAP BASIS/Netweaver and Database administration support for all SAP and 3rd party applications as part of the SAP solution landscape. Implementation of standard support tools and procedures Infrastructure and hardware implementation support Implementation, optimization and transformation services Planning and supporting all technical aspects of an implementation project. o Facilitate the definition of all relevant aspects of operating and technical architecture of system o Feasibility studies on system performance and project reviews. o Depending on the scope and complexity of the implementation, the resources may work in several areas, for example, system administration, database administration, network administration and operating system administration. o Administration tasks include installing and upgrading SAP, applying support packs, applying kernel upgrades, installing third party software interfacing with SAP, participating in system copies/refreshes, performing installation qualifications to satisfy QA requirements, and participating in problem resolution including an on-call rotation.
