As a *Senior CMDB Data Analyst*, you will need to have a solid understanding of data models and relationships and be able to apply business logic to multiple datasets, performing complex analysis to assess the maturity of data management for our client*. Hands-on, extensive experience with CMDB (Configuration Management Database) design, management and configuration along with technical proficiency in SCCM is required.* In this role, you will work with internal and client teams to identify root-causes, correct identified issues, and recommend process improvements to maintain data integrity. You must be a self-starter who can analyze and solve problems, communicate effectively, and push forward to find solutions when the path is undefined. You will need to possess strong technical skills and a demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and projects. The Sr CMDB Analyst will primarily support the Enterprise Data Warehouse Assessment initiative which will result in a maturity assessment and recommendations for improvement of data quality and management to be eligible for process automation. These projects typically involve extensive data analysis to identify exceptions, research and validation of improvement and cost reduction opportunities, and designing procedures for future monitoring*.
