Performs and participates in the analysis, design and implementation of business systems. Responsible for following appropriate standards and requirement gathering processes. Formulates proposals for new systems, procedures and/ or processes. Acts as a liaison with subsidiary management and staff to resolve issues as needed. Performs project management leadership functions as a project manager or team member. Oversee conversion and post conversion activities. Support turnover activities to normal production operations and obtain final production acceptance sign-off. Participate in the hand-off of post-production bug fixes and enhancements planning for subsequent mini-releases. Monitor and evaluate post production service level results and client satisfaction. Conducts tests or test planning sessions, provides input for feasibility and prepares user documentation and follow-up evaluation. Coordinate with testing team and assist with the development of requirement traceability matrixes, process change matrixes, and user acceptance test cases to ensure user requirements are fulfilled. Understands and negotiates needs and expectations of multiple stakeholders. Communicates- writing, speaking, and presentation- concepts and constraints completely. Travel may be required. Other duties and projects, as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: *Requires a Bachelor's degree* in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or other related field. Requires 4-6 years' experience in *Banking system implementations as the Lead BA*, project management, multiple technologies, frameworks, processes, application, etc. or other directly related experience. A combination of education and experience may meet requirements. Requires advanced interpersonal skills with the ability to work with both management and staff employees. Proven leadership experience in: o Influencing and engaging teams in meeting agreed upon outcomes. o Communicating and collaborating with key stakeholders to engender trust and commitment. o Contributing to the development and execution of strategies to improve organizational performance. o Being organizationally agile and committed to operational excellence. o Strong decision making skills, judgment, and commitment to sound ethics. Expert knowledge of business systems, procedures, project techniques and practices. Expert knowledge of various software programs, including word processing, spreadsheets, etc. Requires expert analytical, organizational and problem solving skills. Strong presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to meet deadlines and function well under pressure. Must have strong Excel, Visio, and writing skills. Proficient in creating Use Case, UML data models and information flows. Thinks at varying levels, from high concept to low detail. Demonstrates creative "out of the box " thinking. Grasps business-centric design principles. Extensive knowledge of department specific system applications or products. Ability to elicit, gather and analysis user requirements. Ability to function in a consultative role and manage a team or project.
