*Role:* BO Consultant *Location:* Columbus OH *Duration:* 6 Months + *Interview Type:* Phone + Face to Face (OR) Video Call *Job Description:* The consultant will be a universe designer responsible for designing, developing, enhancing and maintaining Business Objects metadata (i.e. universes) and for creating/enhancing analytical reports and dashboards. This person must have a firm grasp of a variety of BI related technologies including Business Objects Designer, Web Intelligence, Crystal Reports and a solid understanding of a variety of database platforms including Teradata, Oracle, MS SQL Server. The consultant will need to generate technical documentation, perform sufficient unit testing, participate in BO universe design/code reviews, provide support during BI testing efforts and participate in the BI on-call support rotation. The position reports to the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence. *Required Skills: * · Advanced knowledge of Universe design, Business Objects security, CMC, DESKI, WEBI, Crystal Reports · Advanced knowledge of SQL · Excellent written and verbal communication skills · Ability to work independently · Experience with a variety of databases including Teradata, Oracle, SQL Server. · Knowledge of relational and dimensional modeling *Preferred Skills: * · Understanding of query tuning · Retail Industry · Other BI Support technologies: Teradata’s TRM, Blaze, Tableau *Experience:* · At least 5 years of experience working with Business Objects XI 3.1 · At least 3 full implementation lifecycles of Business Objects XI · Experience with Business Objects 4 is a plus -- *Thanks,* *Naresh Kumar .
