Hourly Rate on C2C : Visa Status : Phone : Email: Current location : _______________________________________________ *Here is the Job Description :* *Job Title: Sr. Project Manager (Compliance)* *Job Location: Minneapolis, Minnesota* *Duration 12+ months* *Job Details:* *** Looking for Compliance PMs.(2 positions) Must have experience working on Compliance and Regulatory initiatives. *RESPONSIBILITIES**:* - Create resource plans and manage BA resources. - Create and manage project plans, risks, issues, decisions and open questions. - Create estimates. - Create and manage forecasts. - Communicate with project team members, stakeholders and SMEs, legal and compliance representatives and Senior Leadership. - Work with other PMOs. - Ensure that all project milestones are completed on-time, on budget. - Track, manage & escalate risks and issues. *REQUIREMENTS:* - Manage projects in an Operations Environment. - Experience in Financial Services, specifically working on Compliance and Regulatory initiatives. 5+ years of project management experience skilled in translating strategic direction to actionable steps. - Manage projects of $500K or more. - Experience managing projects with large stakeholder groups across legal, compliance, service operations, communications and marketing. - Strong Communication skills. - Self-Directed. - High Emotional Competence. - Able to work with tight deadlines. *Generic Description/Comment:* The purpose of this position is to actively drive the implementation of project deliverables defined in a project charter while ensuring the budget, scope, schedule, risk and quality meet specific success criteria.
