The Oracle database developer with experience in Facets database/data model consultant works closely with ETL developers, database developers, client business SME, and data architects to provide recommendations and solutions that execute the client’s specific data integration, data migration and data validation requirements. The candidate must be familiar with standard Healthcare/Health Insurance Payer operations, practices, and procedures. Experience with Facets data model and database is required. The individual must have excellent communication and problem solving skills as well as be willing to travel during key phases of project implementation. Required Skills: • 5+ years working with Oracle 9i/10g/11g as a developer • 5+ years of solid experience in the development and maintenance of Oracle, PL/SQL, UNIX Shell Scripts, Stored Procedures and SQL is required • Experience, understanding and knowledge of data migration, data validation and SQL performance tuning is required • Experience and knowledge of data warehouse, ETL, Informatica, SSIS is preferred • Knowledge and experience with Facets data model is required. Preferred work location is onsite at Denver HQ. Working remotely may be possible IF the candidates has STRONG Facets database/development skills along with Oracle skills. Candidate must be able to travel to client site as needed (Approx 40%). Candidate would need to travel to client site in Sacramento and/or San Francisco as needed (approx 40%). The initial duration for this role is 3 months but it may be extended beyond that for up to 6 months.
