Position- SAP Solution Manager consultant Duration- 12 Months
Location- Stamford, CT Job Description- Technical/Functional Skills · Strong knowledge of SAP Solution Manager with at least 1 end-to-end implementation project and 2 support projects as a Solution Manager SME · Strong knowledge of various Solution Manager features and in depth configuration expertise of Incident Management process, Change Management process, Project Management, Quality Gate Management, integration with HP-ALM and ARIS. Experience Required · Experience as the Solution Manager SME in at least 2 Incident Management implementations · Experience with all aspects of Solution Manager implementation including, but not limited to, gathering requirements, designing the future state operations solution, the development objects related to their process scope, as well as supporting testing and post implementation activities · Experience with gap analysis and strategic roadmap/blueprint development Extensive experience in Onsite-Offshore working model Roles & Responsibilities · Involve in Onsite-Offshore coordination activities (handover-takeover, off business hour activity tracking, offshore reporting) · Provide Solution Manager support to SAP implementation as well as support teams and internal customers/clients Generic Managerial Skills Good Analytical Skills Good Written & Oral communication Good presentation skills -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
