Thanks.!!! *Position: 5763-1: Project Management - Enterprise Location: COLUMBIA, SC Duration: 12 Months Rate: $75/hr. on c2c* *REQUIRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):* • Experience with managing the implementation of major (multi-million dollar) projects. • Experience in MS Project (10 years) • Knowledge of Medicaid Information Technology Architecture (MITA) principles and framework. • Knowledge of Federal Certification requirements and processes is preferable. • Knowledge of Medicaid. • Interest, skill and ability to innovate including business processes, methods/procedures, and technology. • Ability to effectively work and communicate, in both oral and written, with all levels of the Agency from frontline workers to Executive Staff as well as the Contractor(s). • Impeccable integrity. This project will have very high visibility and will impact significant expenditures of public funds. Candidates must be confident with their abilities to make correct decisions and the courage to speak out when necessary. • Willingness and ability to effectively engage with people and organizations on a continuous basis. • At least 5 years of Medicaid or healthcare experience. • At least 2 years of healthcare fraud and abuse experience. *PREFERRED SKILLS (RANK IN ORDER OF IMPORTANCE):* • Enterprise Business Intelligence • Predictive Analytics • Data Warehouse • Advanced skills in MS Project • Project Governance • Fraud & Abuse • Knowledge of key tools such as Oracle, SQL Server, and SAS. Bachelor Degree - preferred. PMP Certification - preferred.
