Will consider out of state candidates if they are really good, but LOCAL is strongly preferred!* Seeking 5+ talented UI Software Developers to join our team in a client-facing capacity. The role of the UI Developer is to direct the implementation strategy of user experience across multiple web sites and portals. In this function, the resource will have the responsibility to identify new technologies that can be used to make the user experience as rich as possible on the web sites. The ideal candidate will have prior hands on experience in creating web pages leveraging HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Photoshop, Adobe CQ, JQuery and others. This person will use their creative skills to help develop engaging interfaces to match today’s desktop and mobile standards. The ideal candidate has a previous working knowledge of multiple software development life cycles including Agile, Waterfall and other methodologies. The ideal candidate will work closely with team members to perform the following tasks using a combination of solid UI experience, business requirements understanding, strong analytical and problem-solving: •Work closely with business team and business analysts and be able to quickly understand the new requirements and helps to identify the UI elements impacted. •The UI developer will also work closely on a day-to-day basis with development team, designers, copy writers, information architects and other IT teams. •As an UI expert, the role develops and presents recommendations from analysis of current solution. •Be able to offer solutions and designs to solve process, project or program issues; provides recommendations to improve the efficiency and effectiveness.
