*Title: **Network Engineers (7 positions)* *Location: **Bellevue, WA* *Contract: **6 month contract, but budget for the next 2 years* *Required Skills: **Cisco (certs that are active- CCNA and CCNP), firewall, Load balancers, documentation* 5+ years’ experience CCNP and Security Cert's ALL Cisco - he doesn't have time to teach them, so they need to be SUPER strong with Cisco. Firewalls- Checkpoint and ASA (doesn't need to be these specifically, but needs firewall exposure) Loadbalancers- F5 and A10 (doesn’t need to be these specifically, but they need loadbalancing exposure) Wants a resume to reflect the way that they do documentation. This role is HEAVY on documentation. They write all documentation for these projects.- don't doctor the resume. These resources won't touch the actual gear. They architect, plan, test (in a lab) and then document the work and send it to the Ops teams. Their test environment is where they play around, touch the equipment, validate it. Selling points: They work with the newest designs, newest technologies. Primary to look for: - Cisco (certs that are active- CCNA and CCNP) / Security Cert’s - Load balancer and/or firewall experience (not product specific)- hands on working knowledge and solid understanding of concept - STRONG documentation- we are not supposed to doctor their resumes. This will be a reflection of their documentation skills. - Looking for key words like: Design, plan, architect, etc. (not just someone who troubleshoots or does Tier 1/Tier 2 work). Has a range of personalities on his team; introverted, extroverted Needs collaborative Ability to figure out and find solutions Strong communication requirements gathering They work 9-5p, rarely any overtime. He works them hard during that time.
