Must be Local to NJ We need local candidates with excellent comm skills. EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS A MUST Client is seeking a contract web developers. The contractors would be responsible for delivering new features and bug fixes to existing .Net MVC web portals and associated databases and services. Responsibilities • Write clean, well-organized and fully documented code • Participate in the QA process, including test automation and Unit Testing • Using Agile methodology, participate in daily scrums and regular meetings with development manager to demonstrate progress of deliverables. • Follow application development standards based on Microsoft best practices Qualifications • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related fields • Excellent coding, debugging and problem solving skills • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in .NET Framework, C#, MVC, ASP.NET,XML, XSLT, SQL • Minimum of 3 years’ experience using Web GUI development with technologies such as jQuery, CSS, HTML5, JSON, AJAX • Knowledge of web services and using RESTful APIs • Knowledge of relational database concepts, data structures and object-oriented programming • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral • Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Additional consideration will be given to applicants which meet one or more of the following qualifications. • CMS integration experience. • 3rd party software integration experience. • Previous experience developing customer service oriented websites.
