Role:-Jira Admin Location:-Houston TX Duration:-12+ months *Job Title* Tools Administrator *Relevant Experience* (in Yrs) 4 ~ 6 Yrs *Technical/Functional Skills* Being part of a team that builds great software and improves the systems we already have. This position will report to the Engineering Leader with our developers, QA’s and network admins to help define solutions and architecture to drive the execution of our increasingly Agile SDLC. The JIRA Administrator is responsible for the following: · Ensure systems are stable and available and that user issues are addressed in a timely manner · Work with JIRA to enable custom workflows, fields, dashboards and reports · Help guide and maintain the applications · Utilize JIRA & LDRA to help the team with all release and configuration related tasks around software builds into preproduction and production environments · Manage system access across groups to ensure compliance and maintain best practices *Roles & Responsibilities* Being part of a team that builds great software and improves the systems we already have.
