*Duration : 3/16/2015 to 8/31/2015* *Special experience* - Requirements for Business Intelligence/Enterprise Data warehouse Projects - Knowledge of P&C Insurance - Knowledge of Actuarial preferred *Role Description* - The Business Analyst will work on a project with a team of other business analysts solving for the data needs of the Actuarial Department. - The Business Analyst is ultimately responsible for the facilitation and elicitation of requirements and documentation of those requirements for a specific project initiative - The Business Analyst coordinates requirements activities with other project team members including design, development, and testing - The Business Analyst participates in system design and prototyping activities with other project team members *Responsibilities* · Under minimal supervision, perform business analysis efforts including eliciting, analyzing, documenting and communicating the business needs based on input and direction from subject matter experts and BA Lead. · Work includes the analysis of current and future business processes, estimate business analysis effort, and develop work plans for business analysis activities. · Manage versioning of requirements and updates to artifacts throughout the project lifecycle to enable requirements traceability. · Works with leadership to create buy-in on the deliverables and approach. · Works collaboratively with project team to effectively support delivery of quality solutions. · Plans and facilitates BA Peer and Technical requirement review sessions. - Interacts with developers & testing team members to provide requirements clarifications - Work with testing team members to ensure requirements coverage within test cases - Interact with development, testing, architecture, and business team members to provide requirements clarifications throughout project lifecycle - Enforce project requirement standards, templates, and methods to complete work - Research change requests and reports impacts to the rest of the team - Participate in the resolution of defects · Work with user experience design resources to define report mock-ups (as needed). *Required Skills & Qualifications* · Understanding of insurance and current industry trends · Basic familiarity with the technology to be used on the program · Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills · Must be able to work independently and effectively with limited guidance · Must also be able to work within a defined team structure that requires consistent communication · Has the ability to quickly understand new technologies and business models and be able to evaluate their relevance to achieving business strategy · 2 - 4 years of relevant experience · Knowledgeable and adaptable with one or more SDLC methodologies · Strong written and verbal communication skills; active listening · Strong facilitation skills · Experience in crafting and eliciting measurable requirements · Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Business Experience executing medium to *Thanks & Regards,* *Phanindra.k,* *phanin...@urtcon.com <phanin...@urtcon.com>,* *774 275 6526 x 101,* *Urtcon LLC* -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
