Please share good resource for below mention position; *Please share resume at mona...@techwiresol.com <mona...@techwiresol.com>* Here is a new position that I am working in *Jersey City, NJ for a Project Manager*. *ALSO, THIS CLIENT ONLY ALLOWS H1B and EAD on C2C, NO **GREEN** CARDS or CITIZENS* *LOOKING FOR LOCAL CANDIDATES* Interview will most likely be first round phone screen and second round in-person LOCATION: Jersey City, NJ LENGTH: 8 month contract *WORK EXPERIENCE:* • Substantial IT Project Management experience, or relevant business or team leadership. • Experience with projects in multiple technologies, business functions, and industries. • Working knowledge of Technology Infrastructure systems and solutions including SAN, NAS, Backups, Networks, Windows, Unix, Linux, AIX, and Virtualization. • Experience of managing geographically distributed and culturally diverse work-groups. • Practical large-scale implementation experience, that implemented (and supported) mission critical infrastructure and/or applications. • Proven experience keeping projects on time and within budget. • Ability to present metrics to key stakeholders. • Experience in working with 3rd party suppliers • Excellent oral and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate orally and in writing across functions and teams, up and down the chain of command. • Gather customer/user inputs, simplifying complex topics for non-technical audiences and preparing quick pointed summaries for executives and stakeholders. • Strong motivation skills • Strong analytic skills • Strong leadership skills • Strong organization and customer service skills. • Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals. • Strong negotiation skills • Strong knowledge of core infrastructure • Some vendor management experience - negotiation, finance etc. *REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:* • Bachelor's degree in technology related area preferred OR • PMP or equivalent program/project management qualification • 10+ years of related technology experience, a significant amount of which has been at the senior staff level, working with multiple technologies and complex, large scale, cross-functional project management, preferably in the financial services industry. • Strong technical capability • Background in Financial Services • Experience in projects that leverage service based architecture: • Extensive experience in the virtualization space. *JPMC-SPECIFIC SKILLS (DESIRABLE):* • Knowledge of all systems used by the JPMChase PM community to fund, manage and engage resources for the execution of the project.
