Title: Healthcare Business Analyst (NO H1B) Duration: 6 Months Location: Boston, MA Job Description: To act as a liaison between the business and technical teams| analyse and document business requirements| suggest design solutions to the assigned project team as per the business requirement. To understand the business requirements and map it to functional specifications. Suggest design solutions To participate and facilitate the walkthrough’ to brief the Functional Specification mapping to Business Requirements. To prepare and / or aid the preparation of test cases in line with functional requirements To prepare the functional specification document and ensure for completeness and storage. *Labware LIMS is a Mandate here.* Additional requirement Working knowledge of Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methodologies is required. Domain knowledge and experience with GMP (Quality and/or Manufacturing processes); 21CFR Part 11 required. Domain knowledge of Quality Enterprise Systems to include, Quality Management, Document Management, Learning Management, and Laboratory Information Experience with data migration and transformation projects a plus. MS Outlook, Lync, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio, and Project knowledge desired. CBAP certification is a plus, but not required. Appropriate knowledge and experience of laboratory systems is required. This requires knowledge of laboratory system functionality and purpose with respect to data collection, reporting, and integration with enterprise IT systems. The candidate will be able to facilitate ‘user stories’ and requirements discussions with laboratory scientists. They will not only be fluent in laboratory and IT application terminology, but have the skill to have detailed discussions with each group. The candidate will have significant knowledge of IT application configuration, especially being adept and scrutinizing configuration v. customization.
