We have a Direct Client Requirement for you and the details are as follows Title: *PM/BA Needed with regulatory reporting experience* Location: Stamford CT Duration: Long term contract *Note: **Financial experience preferred* *Job Description:* • Perform basic project management responsibilities including: collecting status updates, managing sharepoints, facilitating meetings and taking minutes • Support the Implementation Lead to set up the Data Governance Office and get it into a fully-integrated service. This includes rolling out the new governance processes and reporting mechanisms and support the publication of the Reference Data Policy, Dictionary and Standards documents. • Build Standard Operating Procedure documentation and workflow mechanisms (e.g. issue tracking and escalation, version control, approval tracking) for the Data Governance Office. Conduct reviews after the initial pilot to amend procedures wherever necessary. • Complete the (already started) creation of the Data Dictionary and Data Standards artifacts, in collaboration with data owners for both core and non-core attributes and write specifications for Data Dictionary tool, by collecting requirements and designing the optimal solution for use across the FTB consumer chain Run training sessions for Data Owners, Stewards, Consumers and Producers as part of the Data Governance Framework rollout whilst working with IT to design and implement Data Quality metrics for use in the Governance Forums. • Conduct root cause analysis on risk events and pain points to establish capability / integration gaps that are not compliant with the Data principles. Write specifications for Data Dictionary tool, by collecting requirements and designing the optimal solution for use across the FTB consumer chain. • A thorough understanding of the project and systems development lifecycle as well as expertise in effectively managing stakeholders (in both business and technology areas) • Knowledge of client data functions, hierarchies and regulatory environment • Self-motivated, Organized and well structured a passionate achiever who likes to grow and stretch themselves • Graduate with excellent analytical, Problem solving and people skills. • Extensive experience within a data and/or change environment, preferably in a financial institution and/or consulting firm *-* *Thanks & Best Regards,* *Suresh* Sr. Technical Recruiter |Oberon IT, Inc. 1404 W.
