*PROJECT MANAGER POSITION * *Like the BA role, the manager* *is looking for a strong BA with AML experience, strong SQL and Sanctions (things like Actimize, Mantas, Accuity) experience.* Morgan Stanley in NYC midtown for a period of 12 months +++ We would like to hire a senior business analyst/project manager to lead the analysis and requirements gathering and manage projects within the AML/ sanctions screening programs. The AML Practice Area group is part of the Compliance, Risk and Governance Technology organization which provides IT support to the Morgan Stanley Legal and Compliance division. The group is responsible for supporting the Firm's Anti Money Laundering (AML) and sanctions screening programs. The AML and OFAC programs are supported by an application suite that enables surveillance of firm and client activity, customer identification, as well as ensuring the Firm's compliance with the PATRIOT Act, and various other regulatory requirements. We would like to hire a senior business analyst/project manager to lead the analysis and requirements gathering and manage projects within the AML/ sanctions screening programs. Responsibilities will include: " Determine and manage project scope, benefits, and risks " Liaison between business and development team " Be a team player and collaborate with Development, User Experience, and Quality Assurance teams for project deliverables, and negotiate cross-divisional consensus " Manage stakeholder relationships and change management requests " Ensure projects are within scope, budget, and time constraints, and deliverables are of the highest quality.
