*Duration : 6 +Months System Requisition ID: 405816* *Complete Description:* Strong technical consultant to assist in a short term database, datawarehouse and application development projects that include PIVS (Property Information Verification System) and CPMS modernization. Resource must be prepared to accommodate a very aggressive schedule. Consultant shall analyze user requirements, design and develop and implement BI dashboards and sites based on user stories. Consultant shall analyze PIVS architecture and play major role in porting PIVS to MicroStrategy platform. Responsible for all aspects of software development, including, but not limited to, design, development, testing, technical assessments, recommendations for inclusion of new technologies into system application and architecture; Works with business and technical staff in the resolution of software problems and responds to suggestions for software modifications or enhancements; Develop tests and documentation to ensure production readiness.
