This position will be responsible for leading and managing multiple, concurrent software engineering projects from requirements capture through delivery. *Required:* - Must be Agile Savvy Agile Certified only (i.e. CSM, CSPO, PMI ACP) - 8+ years experience leading software development teams - Evidenced experience with techniques such as Scum, XP, Kanban, TDD, BDD - High degree of competency with project management and methodology including: scoping, issue & risk identification, general management, tracking dependencies and milestones, user acceptance testing, and communication of overall project status - Highly collaborative approach, with experience working effectively with Product Management - Evidence of delivering complex software in challenging environments - Evidence of implementing transformational change in principles/practices - Excellent written and verbal communication skills *Desired:* - Ideally web interactive, and/or mobile smartphone/tablet experience - Experience working in the entertainment industry - Experience helping a team make the transition to an Agile/SCRUM methodology Agile experience will be necessary for this position, and certification is highly desired.
