Please find the job description below and if you are intere *Position ID -PEMA - PS5 - Cisco Network Engineer (407117)* *Work Address- 2605 Interstate Drive, Harrisburg, PA 17110 * *Mode of Interview – Phone then Skype/In person* * LOCAL HIGHLY PREFFERD (Skype is OK)* *Client: State Of PA* *Duration – 10-12+ months* *Short Description:* Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) is looking for an experienced Cisco Network Engineer. ***PLEASE NOTE: Candidates MUST HAVE a CCNP certification to be considered for the position.*** *Complete Description:* Pennsylvania Emergency Management Agency (PEMA) is looking for a Cisco Network Engineer to assist with Network design and configuration as it relates to PEMA's current infrastructure as well as designing and supporting the build out of their network for PEMA’s new state of the art building that is currently under construction. ****PLEASE NOTE - Candidates MUST HAVE a CCNP certification to be considered for this position***** NEED CCNP ID* Candidates MUST have a CCNP certification. Please provide the date the candidate's current certification/re-certification was obtained. PROOF OF CCNP CERTIFICATION MUST BE ATTACHED - Please upload proof of certification with your candidate's submittal. Prospective candidate must have the ability to interface with staff, other state agencies and contractors and have hands on experience with Cisco IOS, routing, switching, and security, as well as network design. This position will be responsible for reviewing configurations and specifying requirements or specifications for Cisco equipment as well as supporting numerous Cisco routers, switches, software, and security appliances and making recommendations for purchasing new equipment.
