Exposure to developing custom drill down/complex reports using JasperSoft is a required skill. Understanding of the Governance/Risk/Compliance products will be huge plus. Familiarity with SQL and databases such as SQL server or Oracle. Experience with ETL tools for data migration is preferred. Description : Independently develops and maintains software applications. Works on complex analytical and programming tasks, requiring knowledge of programming languages and data communications and general knowledge of the business operations/customer supported. Leads development and maintenance efforts supporting software application. Having 6+ years experience. The candidate will have the following responsibilities: • Developing data migration processes, integration processes for a vended application that has a .Net, SQL Server, IIS as technology stack.• Act as a Prod Support Person for the vended GRC application • Resolve customer issues by establishing workarounds and solutions and by debugging and creating defect fixes. • Build new services to get the details from the External/Internal Systems. • Demonstrates creativity, the ability to develop and present new ideas and conceptualize new approaches and solutions. Qualifications • Min BS in Computer Science, Financial Engineering and Information Technology • Minimum of 5 years of development experience • Financial service experience preferred • Understanding of the Governance/Risk/Compliance products will be huge plus. • Exposure to Archer GRC is a plus. Exposure to developing custom drill down/complex reports using JasperSoft is a required skill. • Excellent communication skill is must for this project • Working knowledge of SDLC and Agile is nice to have • Should be self-starter, team player and able to interact with the client/business team with minimal supervision • Experience in Requirements Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, deployment and release management is needed. • Familiarity with SQL and databases such as SQL server or Oracle.
