Job Description

Supporting Intel end customers (ISV/OEM’s) in enabling CCF in customer
deployed applications.

   -

   End to end enablement from Enablement  stage to Production launch stage.
   For customers in production, need to support post launch issues as well.
   -

   Weekly calls with customers to track the progress/actions and to
   prioritize issues coming in.
   -

   Joint debugging session to reproduce any issues if required with
   customers in different time zone.
   -

   Answering any queries on CCF API’s on all platforms(Windows,Android,iOS)
   -

   Root causing any issues reported by customer, which could be due to
   wrong usage of API’s, issue in customer app, known CCF SDK issue.
   -

   Co-coordinating with Intel engineering team stakeholders for any new
   request from customer, which is not supported by CCF SDK.
   -

   Answering any queries on Intel developer Zone, posted by customers using
   CCF.
   -

   Evaluate and test customer applications during support stages for any
   gaps.

   Good customer communication and debugging skills in root causing and
   fixing customer reported issues.
