Duration: 12 Months Meeting with customer and business on regular basis and making sure the business is being supported as per agreed upon support model by onsite + offshore teams Good understanding of Informix 4GL, Unix Good understanding of Wearhouse management system / Supply chain domain. Good Team player Good written and oral communication Explain complex design items through documents and white-board sessions. Work with different teams – Business, Solutions, Support lead for Staples Business with complete considerations on performance, supportability to achieve end user business results.
