Skype interviews are NOT accepted for this position.*** * *Job Desc: *Candidates must have EXCELLENT communication skills and troubleshooting experience, as well as experience with CISCO Advanced Security functions, crypto maps and IP Access Control Lists (ACLs) to be considered. · Experience troubleshooting CISCO-specific as well as other network related issues with technical and non-technical end users. · Hands-on experience with CISCO 2811 Integrated Services Routers and IOS, 2800 software · Experience with CISCO IPSEC functions, Advanced Security Features, crypto maps, and IP access control lists (ACLs) · Experience with DNS including stub zones, host files and other implementations · Experience with browser settings and troubleshooting · Experience with general firewall exposure, rule sets, NAT, network ports and services · Experience with general network topologies and interconnectivity solutions · Experience with certificates and implementation · Experiencing interpreting network sniffer traces utilizing tools such as Wireshark (specific experience with Wireshark is preferred) · General network security background · EXCELLENT communication skills required as there will be extensive troubleshooting via phone with technical and non-technical users.
