Experience: At least 5 years Data Warehouse Health Care systems analysis experience in ETL design / analysis using products like Informatica, SSIS, Oracle Warehouse Builder, SQL or PL/SQL. 3 or more years experience using ETL products on distributed platforms (UNIX and Windows). Knowledge and extensive experience using dimensional and relational data models within a Data Warehouse environment. Possess strong written and oral communication skills, as well as good data analysis skills. Experience in the managed care, healthcare, or insurance industries preferred. *Knowledge and Skills:* Experience with structured system development methods including agile. Ability to learn and train personnel on practical new concepts, as well as implement new technologies within the current enterprise DW environment. Participates and leads others in the full life cycle design, analysis and development for large and complex projects within the Data Warehouse. Perform domain analysis, requirements gathering, analysis, design, development and testing using Data Warehouse methodology. This position with have a great deal of interaction with the System Architects, Data Warehouse ETL Architects, Data Architects, and Data Warehouse Management to implement Data Warehouse solutions and technologies that meet the business needs in a cost effective and efficient manner. Develop documentation according to standards, as well as continually refining the current SDLC methodology and approach. Serve as a liaison between Production Support, Business Owners, End Users, IT Programming staff and IT Management. Requires high-level direction setting skills as well as needing limited supervision from management.
