You are responsible for the activities of the team, and accountable for the relevance, quality and legal compliance of the data used and insights developed. • Design, develop and work to operationalise the overarching analytical solutions and processes which underpin the agreed 'catalogue’ of services offered to brand/category customers. • Lead the development of new services at a local level ongoing, from the perspective of data, technology and skills. Align with Global on the direction of innovation. • Work with nominated counterparts across functions to select and manage the onboarding of new datasets into the People Data Center, in line with customer demand and service innovation. • Collaborate with agreed partners/suppliers to ensure insights are auctioned appropriately (and within any legal/contractual constraints) and that the correct measurement is put in place to determine ROI."
