PLM & Manufacturing, Engineering industry experience a significant advantage. Proven track record of leading medium to large teams Strong understanding and demonstrated proficiency in software quality assurance practices. · Strong experience in defining Automation / Manual Test strategies and execution · Defining program level test strategy, KPIs and metrics, business benefits · Good knowledge of all aspects of the software engineering process. Defining and presentation of business cases · Vast experience in a wide variety of testing methodology, techniques and tools (SDLC, Agile methodology) · Experience in working with test management tools like HPQC, Jira etc. · Good to have current or previous development / coding experience · Strong communication skills both written and verbal · Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and analytical skills · Must Possess people management skills, especially diplomacy and advocacy skills, planning and management skills. · Knowledge in Agile testing concepts and experience is preferred. · To prepare project plan and test strategy for development, integrations and data migration needs, generate and communicate the testing status to all the stake holders, plan for tools and automation needs. Coordinate with the test leads and testing teams. *Experience Required* 8-12 years *Roles & Responsibilities* · Developing a good understanding of the Business and System(s) under test · Fully understand the project requirements and quickly provide test effort estimates · Design and document test scripts based on the functional/regression specifications · Should be able to create a test plan or strategy for ST, IT, E2E testing · Document test procedures, test steps and expected results to ensure maximum test coverage · Adhere to the project testing schedules, and flag immediately if there is a risk of slippage · Attend all test suit and reviews meetings for the features that are being implemented within the system. · Setup and execute test plan and test cases independently or via designated test management tool · Record test results and prepare test summary reports · Report and track defects in the issue tracking system · Prepare & distribute project progress and status reports · Continuous identification of opportunities for improving the team and/or project’s testing process and test efficiency, including test automation · Able to work independently and perform responsibilities under minimal supervision · Ability to work in global environment with people from diverse cultural backgrounds · Learn the architecture of the platform and assure that the architecture is maintained as features are added to the system. · Good communication skills *Education* BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field *Duration of assignment *(in Months) 12 Months *Work Location* Redmond, USA *Thanks * *Sudhir Dubey* *United Software Group Inc.. * *565 Metro Place South.
