Need *20* *Software Engineer’s* with open source development skills for our client’s eCommerce initiative. Work can be done *100% remote*. Candidate should have development ready laptop. We need real techies for this role – folks with passion for software engineering and core software development skills with high-availability, high-volume application; concurrency, redundancy, distribution, visibility applications!! Ideally we are looking for people with 5 years experience with web development in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Their ability to understand and develop with JS is very important. Their ability to communicate well with onsite and remote resources is also very important. Experience with Angular, Express, React and Node is required. We have come across lots of resumes with the right keywords but when asked about their actual experience with the technology we often learn that the candidate’s experience isn’t ideal for the role. It’s helpful to know how much time and/or the types of projects they have completed with using these technologies. Critical Skills/Experiences/Attributes: Application Developer You have a strong understanding of the principles core to any high-availability, high-volume application; concurrency, redundancy, distribution, visibility. You're comfortable describing the inner workings of a technology in prose or pictures. Your descriptions have varying levels of detail, depending on the situation -- sometimes you're talking about physical servers, sometimes it's classes or objects, and sometimes it's entire applications or APIs. In all cases, they are clear and informative. You work hard to stay current – blogs, open source contribution, technology groups – whatever it takes to allow you to not just know what’s going on, but to leverage that information into working strategies and adjustments in how you do your work. You know HTML, CSS, Javascript, and the modern and emerging frameworks that support these technologies; you can write front-end code just as easily as back-end and with similar levels of quality. You have site performance profiling and code-tuning expertise and abide by the ‘best tool for the job’ approach to selecting technologies and languages. You have experience using source control systems (Git, Subversion). You have shipped large projects working as part of a cohesive team, and you can point to them online. Additional information that is very pertinent to this requirement · -Collaborate with a multitude of roles; creative, user experience, quality assurance, development – all working to create the next big thing. · -Performance is a high priority, and candidates will spend many of mental cycles figuring out how to cut that extra 10ms out of code execution. · -They are tightly integrated team; candidates will collaborate with client in brainstorming, designing and implementing new solutions, as well as suggesting tools, technologies, and best practices to improve our stability, performance and site quality. SO, the skills needed are beyond just coding or being good at development. -- With Warm Regards Chava *Phone*:Direct: *512-298-3758*, 713-234-5905 * 101 *Email*: ch...@genuineitllc.com *Gtalk*: chava.genuineit...@gmail.com *Linkedin*: in.linkedin.com/pub/chava-anutharang/97/8b8/675/ - -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Citrix and Sap problems" group.
