Adobe AEM Architect / Tech Lead

Mandatory Technical / Functional Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Adobe CQ5 / AEM
•  3+ years of experience in leading and mentoring team at Architect level
• Extensive experience in requirement gathering and architecting the
solution
• Solid understanding of Enterprise Content Management concepts
• Good understanding of migration concepts
•Technical team management experience including offshore team members
• Excellent personal communication, leadership, and organizational skills
• Hands on development experience in Adobe CQ5 / AEM

Roles and responsibility

ü Responsible for overall architecting and designing the AEM solution
ü  Guide onshore and offshore  Developers to ensure standards are met
ü Work with the application development teams throughout the development
life cycle
ü Lead or participate in Proof-of-Concept projects
ü Stay current with emerging industry trends
ü Ability to take initiative and ownership on tasks
ü Create detailed requirements and  design document
ü Design the migration strategy as per the requirements
ü Good written and oral communication
ü Explain complex design items through documents and white-board sessions
ü Performance tuning experience needed
