This includes all phases of System Development Lifecycle: initial idea development, requirements capture, process design, application development, testing and implementation. This position will require the individual to develop a good understanding of the business functions and processes, and use this knowledge to be proactive in seeking to produce a lean and optimized design. . Prior experience as a technical business analyst . Experience with the HP ALM tool . Excellent Communication Skills (oral, written, and facilitation) . Knowledge of business analysis, quality assurance, and workflow tools and/or practices . Requirements Elicitation, Analysis and Documentation . Analytical Thinking and Problem Solving skills . Knowledge of VISIO, Microsoft Excel required . Prior experience with HPQC tool is desired. . Experience and understanding of a workflow tool is desired . Strong understanding of the financial services industry required - Please see attached additional requirements. *Requirements:* Functional/Technical Peoplesoft Consultant Client currently has an opening for a 6 - 7 month period for a skilled Functional/Technical Consultant. We desire 5-10 year of experience in the analysis, design, development and testing of Peoplesoft HRIS applications. (Not Financial Peoplesoft) The person must have in depth knowledge of all functional aspects of Peoplesoft 9.0: *Primary knowledge:* Core HR, Workforce Admin, Benefits, online/open enrollment, ESS, MSS, TAM/CG, Recruiting *Desired:* Payroll, NA Payroll, Time and Labor Must be familiar with Peoplesoft HRMS version 9.0, proficient in Peoplesoft Query Language (WINSQL or TOAD), knowledge of and proven aptitude Peoplesoft Open integration technology tools: App Engine, Component Interface, Integration Broker. Understanding and reading of SQR program; Familiar with HP Quality Center/ALM Tool.
